During these times of COVID-19, we have been struck with supply chain issues that the rest of the country is experiencing as well. Some orders may take longer than the expected 5-7 business days. However, our team will be happy to assist in any updates, purchases or cancellations. While we are all shopping for the holiday, please understand that majority of our products do not ship through ground shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS). They are shipped "freight", with a liftgate, multiple movers, etc... Because of the nature of the products, they have a longer lead time.
Please call, email or chat us to get an update on your order. If you are unhappy with the lead time, you can cancel your order at any times! If you cancel before the unit is shipped, we will provide a full refund. If the product has shipped, we will provide the difference between the full amount and the shipping fees to have it back in our warehouse. We hope that you find this fair and understandable.
