This piece is handcrafted with painstaking care from recovered ancient pine wood rescued from rural communities' old houses. Variations in the wood or metal work are to be expected and welcomed, given its handmade and hand-finished nature. Each item is one-of-a-kind, and no two are same. Salvaged wood planks are naturally uneven, and over time, they may cup or bow slightly, adding to their rustic one-of-a-kind character; cracks will be present. Our Salvaged Wood Collection's imperfections, nicks, and nail marks give a piece of its past and provenance.
