Padma's Plantation Salvaged Wood Printmaker's Sideboard (SAL18R)
Description
A fixture in architectural firms and artists' studios, these printmakers sideboards are used as flat files to store plans, prints and maps in their wide, shallow drawers. We have reconfigured the original design for more practical use in the home.
This piece is handcrafted with painstaking care from recovered ancient pine wood recovered from rural communities' ancient houses. Variations in the wood or metal work are to be expected and welcomed, given its handmade and hand-finished nature. Each item is one-of-a-kind, and no two are alike. Salvaged wood planks are naturally uneven, and over time, they may cup or bow slightly, adding to their rustic one-of-a-kind character; cracks will be present. Our Salvaged Wood Collection's imperfections, nicks, and nail marks give a piece of its past and provenance.
Due to lighting and one's specific monitor settings, actual furniture and fabric colors may range somewhat from photographs.
